• Never soak your board in water.
• Do not place your board in the dishwasher.
• After each use simply rinse with a wet sponge using hot water and mild dish washing liquid and towel dry.
• Do not use a steel wool brush or steel wool on the cutting surface of the board.
• Oil the board as needed depending on frequency of use
